Initial Interview
In our cost and obligation free consultation, PFB will seek to understand your balance sheet, living expenses, income and employment situation. This information will help us to conduct product and market research on your behalf.
Market research
During this phase, PFB will consider the policy, reputation, product and pricing of 50 + lender's; with a view towards providing you with a list of lenders in our Product Recommendations.
Recommendations
PFB will provide you some recommendations to consider. At this stage you will have all the information you need to choose a lender for your pre-approval or formal loan approval.
Pre-Approval & Formal Approval
At this stage your refinance, purchase or construction loan will be conditionally approved or formally approved, depending on your unique situation.
How much does the service of a Private Finance Broker cost?
At Private Finance Brokers, we want to ensure our clients have a clear understanding of the cost of our services. We are happy to confirm that our service is absolutely cost-free to you as the client. That's right - you won't pay a single cent for our broking services.
You may be wondering how we are able to provide our service for free. The answer is simple: we are paid by the bank. The bank essentially pays us a "Finders Fee" for bringing them new clients. This means that the cost of the loan through the lender is the exact same price as if you were to go directly to the lender without our services.
We understand that some clients may have concerns about whether or not our services cost more than going directly to the lender. Rest assured, this is not the case. Our goal is to provide you with a personalised, tailored service that meets your unique needs and helps you achieve your financial goals.
